Shipping

We appreciate your patience as we extend our commitment to fast turnaround times.

  • Orders are shipped out Monday through Friday.
  • Orders can take up to 7 business days to be processed.
  • Most orders ship via UPS Ground Saver or UPS Ground
  • Currently we do not offer upgraded processing or shipping. You may leave a comment or note when placing order and we will try to be accommodating.

In case of dissatisfaction with your purchase, assistance is available.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. All items must be returned in their original condition.

Refunds

Upon receipt of the returned item, an inspection will be conducted, and you will promptly be informed of the refund status. If approved, a refund will be initiated to the original credit card. Refund processing time may vary based on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping

Customer is responsible for paying for all shipping costs on returned items. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If for some reason you receive a product that is unsatisfactory, please feel free to contact us and we will issue a refund or exchange of the product ordered from our website.
